Why do the MPC X and MPC X SE mods cost different amounts? Aren’t they the same?
The MPC X and the MPC X SE are very similar but not identical. The MPC X SE uses Burr-Brown converters while the MPC X used AKM chips.
We are also doing more filtering and decoupling on the SE mod than we did on the X, so it requires more components while also being more labor-intensive.
